- 1 tub of refrigerated cheddar mashed potatoes (24 oz)
- 1 lb of lean ground beef
- 1 envelope of mushroom gravy mix
- 1.5 cups of frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup of water
- 1/8 teaspoon of pepper
Cooking Directions
- Heat potatoes according to package directions.
- Cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat until now longer pink.
- Break beef into crumbles, drain.
- Stir in gravy mix, add vegetables and water.
- Bring to boil.
- Reduce heat, simmer until heated through,, stirring occasionally.
- Transfer to 9 inch square baking pan.
- spread potatoes over top. sprinkle with pepper.
- Broil 4-6 inches from the heat for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
